If you're selling

• Build your listing. Four short steps: basics, financials, photos, and whether the listing is confidential.
• Pay $49. A single Stripe checkout. Your listing goes live right away and stays up for 12 months or until you mark it sold.
• Get inquiries by email. Buyers create a free account and accept a confidentiality agreement before they can message you. You reply directly.
• Mark it sold. It comes off search and shows as sold. If a year passes first, renew for $49.

If you're buying

• Browse free. Search by location, industry, price, revenue and cash flow.
• Save what you like and turn any search into an email alert for new matches.
• Contact sellers after a free account and a quick NDA checkbox. Their contact details unlock immediately after you send your message.

Confidential listings

Sellers who don't want employees or competitors to find out can post a blind listing. The business name and exact address stay hidden until a buyer accepts the NDA. Even non-confidential listings only ever show an approximate map area.
